The Lin Dynasty draws 4th biggest crowd in Target Center history as Knicks win another in Minnesota

Jeremy was not quite Linsane in the Membrane tonight. A good looking stat line of 20 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assist was soiled by an ugly 8-24 shooting performance. Lin looked a lot like Melo out there tonight, and not in a good way. He forced bad shots and began to show why the stereotype that Asians cant drive exist, every time he went hard to the hoop he either turned it over or took a poor shot. And when he had a chance to give the Knicks a lead with 4 seconds to go, he somehow delivered. Even on an off night Lin was still the key to extending the Knicks winning streak to 5 games with a 100-98 tally.

Despite a monster performance by Kevin Love, the Twolves just could not hold on for the win. Love had 32 points and 21 rebounds. Ricky Rubio looked great defending Lin, but in the end he kicked the ball out of bounds before the Twolves could get a chance at one last shot. Iman “might as well Shump” Shumpert had 20 points off the bench as well as 4 steals. Shump is in the top 5 in the NBA in steals per game.
