The Nets needed a big piece to show Deron Williams that they were read to contend. They spun a deal for Joe Johnson, a top 5 shooting guard in the NBA. And they didn’t lose any important players. Well that is that, Brooklyn will be something to watch next season, but I will be honest, there is a different reason I am giddy about this trade.

Now that the Nets have Johnson, there is nowhere to put Dwight Howard. Howard has expressed that Brooklyn was the only team he was willing to play for. Well guess what Dwight, you either play for the team that is paying you money or you get the hell out of the league. I mean, Howard is a pretty huge joke, how about he heads over to the Harlem Globetrotters.
